                 I am Azeem Olayinka Alade, Founder and Managing Director of Al Aza Realty Ltd, a property development and investment company registered in England and Wales (incorporated 2023).

My passion for real estate was shaped over three decades ago through my late father, who established a highly respected career in the industry for more than 37 years. His example taught me the enduring value of perseverance, strategic timing, and informed risk-taking — principles I continue to apply in every decision I make.

     From an early age, I was drawn to design and architecture. What began as childhood sketches of striking buildings with nothing more than an HB pencil has evolved into professional architectural visualisation, project conceptualisation, and full-cycle development using the most advanced tools and methodologies available today.

    Before dedicating myself fully to property, I built substantial expertise in international trade and e-commerce, overseeing global sourcing and supply chains. This experience instilled in me an uncompromising approach to quality assurance and innovation — an approach we now embed in every aspect of material selection, construction technology, and project delivery at Al Aza Realty.

    In 2021, my work gained international recognition when one of my renderings was selected and featured on the official blog of Planner 5D, a leading European design software company headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania.

After successfully completing a private residential development in Nigeria — a bespoke four-bedroom residence featuring two living areas, a dedicated office, service quarters, and a four-car garage — I relocated to the United Kingdom in 2021. That project served as a rigorous proving ground; every lesson learned has been refined and institutionalised within our current operating standards.

Since formally establishing Al Aza Realty Ltd in England in 2023, we have focused on delivering residential and commercial projects of exceptional quality while offering specialised services in feasibility analysis, design visualisation, and strategic investor advisory across England and Wales.
