My name is Azeem Olayinka Alade and it is my pleasure to introduce myself as the Founder and Director of Al Aza Realty Ltd, Growing up I had the chance to be exposed into the real estate market through my father who successfully scaled the industry a little over 37 years before he passed, understanding the struggle that comes with his experience has taught me more about patience, the essence of time and the importance of taking risks. As a kid I was drawn towards art my favourite thing to do at the time knowing it was a universal language, on the other side for every house that caught my attention at the first glimpse to hold on to the beauty of what I had just seen, all I did was go back home knowing all I had was an HB pencil and a ripped paper to draw them on, I gladly say all of this had made my thirst for the real estate market live. Moving forward I branched into Trade ''E-commerce'' focusing on imports and exports of general merchandise diving towards how best my experience and knowledge will help in raising the real estate development standard for our world is a world surrounded by new techs, i was going to make sure even if I had a project on going or about to start up I would have made all due diligence and gotten in contacts with manufacturing companies so as to get best & quality building materials ''the industry is an industry you add value to'' that's one of it's essence. In the Early 2019 I started putting all my drawings in play from layouts to rendering a whole building from ground 0 to the top and got better overtime,In 2021 I caught the attention of a rendering software company ''PLANNER 5D'' which HQ is in EUROPE ''Lithuania'' to be precise where one of my designs was featured on their blog, this has been an inspiration along side reviews from satisfied clients and has kept me walking my journey still. A little after covid hit I wanted to keep myself busy summoned the courage into developing a property a residential "4bed,2 lounge,1 office space, a service area and a 4car garage space" knowing so well I either ruin it or make it better "A private project" to acquire more knowledge and for every mistakes I made on this project i added them into my experience so they do not re occur and for a fact Creating Al Aza Realty Limited has exposed me into broad area's of the real estate market which operation originally started in my home country Nigeria before moving to England in 2021 and its establishment in the year 2023, so realistically another journey has just started and will like to share my experience and knowledge with property investors across England and Wales.
